Getting Started:

Asking for help is hard, and I promise to make it as easy as possible to get started.


 

1.   Contact Me



When you are ready, complete the initial inquiry form on the contact page. This will give me me helpful information prior to our first contact. I will respond to your inquiry to let you know if I am able to take on new patients. I am also reachable by phone 718.567.5672 or email danielle@dbtherapybrooklyn.com to set up an initial phone conversation. If I do not answer, please leave your name, telephone number and a good time to reach you.

 

All you need to know for this call is what is concerning you. The initial call is brief and free of charge. This gives us a chance to talk about your needs and any questions you might have. We will also determine whether or not my experience and practice seem like a good fit for you.

 

 

 

 


 

2.   Schedule Appointment



Once we have decided to schedule an initial consultation we will arrange a time to meet. I will follow up with an email confirming the date and time of our appointment.

 

Included in the confirmation e-mail will be links to complete and submit digital forms, such as the counseling services agreement and consent for treatment. Before your first appointment, please set aside time to review these documents which provide information regarding my office policies, confidentiality, financial information, and directions for attending your first session.

 

 

 

 

 


 

3.   Attend First Session



Arrive for your appointment at our agreed upon day and time. Please remember to have submitted the digital forms at least 24 hours prior to our initial session.
